A technical issue took us offline for the greater part of 24 hours. Our apologies.
The issue was caused by our hosting service, a nationally recognized brand (they have run Super Bowl ads), with whom we had been for many many years, performing unexpected, unrequested, and unannounced “updates” in the background overnight Sunday. We viewed this as a capital offense on their part; they have one simple job to do, and they totally failed. When we contacted technical support, their attitude was that it must have been our fault.
The site you are now viewing has a new home at a new hosting service and we have severed ties with our former provider, never to return.
There might actually be a lesson here, having to do with client service. Just a thought.
