A quick personal note to any readers who may be planning to attend the biennial Fourth Circuit Judicial Conference, taking place next week at the  Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia.

I’ll be there, speaking on a panel the morning of Friday, June 28 on The Economic Outlook and the Effect on Your Law Practice: A Forecast and Some Professional Advice. (The title is not mine.)  My fellow panelists will be The Honorable Henry Hudson, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Virginia; Dr. James Koch, Former President and Professor Emeritus of Old Dominion University; and Dr. Jeffrey Lacker, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond.

If you’ll be there and have a moment, it would be my great pleasure if you had a chance to introduce yourself.

Thanks and all the best,

Bruce
