“Collegial and Collaborative?” Really? (Take Two)

Two weeks ago we invited you to take a survey (three to five minutes of your time, tops) to try to get to the bottom of whether law firms are really "collegial and collaborative," as they are perennially asserting.

    The issue is of great significance, generally in businesses of all sorts. The poll seems to me very well conceived (and does not require an untoward commitment of time). I hope many readers will participate and urge colleagues at all levels to do, also, so that there will be a good response basis for ASE to analyze. [FWIW: I have not responded because I am not in a law firm and do not wish to contaminate the answers – but I am keen to see the results.]
