With delight I can announce that Adam Smith, Esq. is embarking on a collaborative effort with Vault.com, Inc, the leading career intelligence site for those starting out in law, investment banking, management consulting, and much more. 
 Their mission:

Vault will be the indispensable provider of information and solutions for professionals and students who are pursuing and managing high-potential careers.

And according to Fortune, it’s “The best place on the Web to prepare for a job search.”

Our first joint effort is a Law Firm Leadership Survey, consisting of a handful of questions addressing the balance between associates’ growing demand for candid communication and openness against the firm’s need for confidentiality and discretion.

The entire survey will take you less than 2–3 minutes to complete, and it is entirely anonymous and confidential.  No names will be attached to any response, and no answer will be used in a way that the individual or firm behind it could be identified.

Those who complete it may, if they wish, receive a free copy of the report on the results.
