The agenda for the launch event of Tomorrowland in the UK is shaping up—it will be the morning of Thursday 27th April in London—and although registration is alas closed (the venue reached capacity), I wanted to share a few of the particulars with you.

Riverview Law graciously stepped forward to host the event and Karl Chapman, CEO, will be offering a welcome and moderating the panel discussion.

  • To kick things off, I’ll chat for a bit with Sir Nigel Knowles, former Global Co-Chairman & Senior Partner of DLA Piper, about some of the key themes in Tomorrowland.
  • Immediately following will be a panel moderated by Karl and consisting of David Eveleigh, GC and Company Secretary, Serco Group plc; Charles Martin, Senior Partner, Macfarlanes (and author of the Foreword to Tomorrowland); Michael Rendell, Partner and UK Transformation & Innovation Leader, PwC; and Reena Sengupta, founder of RSG Consulting.
  • Then there’ll be a general Q&A.

I couldn’t be more delighted, or honored, that such an accomplished and thoughtful group of professionals are assembling for this event, and you can expect a brief report on the highlights afterwards.

Journalists from the Law Society Gazette, Legal Business, The Lawyer, and Legal Futures will be there covering the event, as well as a few freelancers.

In the meantime, a launch event in New York is in the works. Stay tuned.
